Real conversations, practical results
Coaching that cuts through the noise
If you’ve never been coached before, you might be wondering what actually happens. Here’s how I work:
Before we begin: We’ll have a free 30-minute conversation to see if we connect. This isn’t about selling you anything – it’s about making sure my approach feels right for you.
What to expect: Our conversations will be honest, practical, and completely focused on what you need. I won’t sugarcoat things or tell you what you want to hear. I’ll ask questions that help you see clearly, even if the answers aren’t always comfortable.
My style: I’m warm, but direct, practical and realistic. I’ll create safety for you to be completely honest, but I’ll also call you on patterns that aren’t serving you. Think of it as having a conversation with someone who cares about you enough to tell you the truth.
The questions: I’m trained in Martha Beck’s methodology, which means I trust your ability to find your own answers. You’ll hear me talk often about “turtle steps” – small, practical actions that don’t feel overwhelming but create real change.
What typically happens: Most people leave our conversations feeling clearer about what they need to do next. Sometimes it’s one big insight, sometimes it’s permission to do something they already knew they needed to do.
After we talk: Many clients get what they need quickly. If you want to continue working together, great. If you feel complete after one conversation, that’s perfect too. The goal is to help you access your own clarity, not create dependence.
