Feeling stuck? You’re not alone.

Sometimes we all just hit a wall – whether it’s a specific challenge, a life transition or just that nagging sense that something needs to change. Except we can’t quite put our finger on what that something is.

That’s where coaching can really help you to move forward.

I help people to get unstuck through honest conversations and practical questions. No fluff, no endless programmes – just clear thinking that helps you see what you already know, but haven’t been able to access.

Most of my clients get the clarity they need in one or two sessions. Because sometimes all it takes is the right question, asked by someone who’s genuinely listening, to help everything fall into place.

So, if you’re ready to move forward, you’re in the right place.

You don’t need months of coaching to move forward.

Most people already have more answers than they realise – they just need someone to help them sort through the noise. That’s why my clients typically find their way forward in one to two sessions.

No long commitments. No complex frameworks. Just honest conversations that cut through to what matters.

This isn’t about positive thinking or surface-level cheerleading.

We’ll dig into what’s actually going on. I’ll ask questions that might make you squirm a little, but in a safe space where you can be completely honest about what’s not working. And it’s good squirming – the kind where you are honest not just with me, but with yourself.

Why? Because change happens when you stop avoiding the real issues and start dealing with what’s actually going on.

I won’t tell you what to do or give you a step-by-step plan for your life.

Instead, I’ll help you access the wisdom you already have, but can’t quite reach. My job is first, to ask the questions that help you see clearly, and second, support and encourage you to trust what you discover.

You know yourself better than anyone. Sometimes you just need help remembering that.

Stuck on something? Ready for a change? Not sure where to start?

Testimonials

When I started coaching with Mandy, I was in desperate need of hand-holding and direction. Mandy soon had me sussed. She encouraged me out of my comfort zone and had me writing and posting daily. Her spot-on intuition moved me through the self-sabotage I’d bogged myself in. Her coaching is gentle but firm in all the right places. Mandy’s years of media experience enriched my coaching journey and improved my confidence along the way.

“In her work as a life coach, Mandy Collins has provided much-needed insight and empathy during some of the most challenging times of my life, helping me rebuild when I felt utterly depleted of ideas and energy. Her blend of wisdom and practical guidance make her an exceptional coach, teacher and cheerleader. In moments when I struggled to see beyond my life circumstances, Mandy identified and helped implement lasting solutions, motivating and rallying me to confront life’s hurdles head-on. Her remarkable talent lies in creating a safe and nurturing space, collaborating with me to implement the transformative changes needed for success in both my professional and personal life.”

Susan Reynard

“Working with Mandy as my coach has been extremely valuable to me professionally. When I first engaged with her, I was caught up in office politics and corporate corridor intrigue. At first, Mandy listened carefully and attentively to the things I brought into each session, and helped me to distinguish the important issues from the busyness and noise of corporate life. After gaining that clarity, she drew on her own experiences in the business world to provide insightful guidance in managing both myself and my attitudes, and my working environment, without being prescriptive or formulaic. Everything she presented from her extensive material was relevant and to the point. Her service has proved invaluable.”
